My Approach
My approach to sharing Integrative Somatic Therapy Practice™ (ISTP™) and SPIRITUS Breathwork is simple.
Together, we use movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation to develop a felt sense in the body. It is incredible how these modalities open a gateway for healing when paired with music, spirituality, and ceremony.
By creating space from our busy minds, we can witness our truth and let go of the stories that limit growth, acceptance, and love.

About me
For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about helping people make changes to their lives. As a young child I could often sense when people around me were struggling and had difficulty understanding what to do with that energy.

Online Movement
I love movement and have taught yoga and fitness classes in Calgary for over 14 years. I encourage gentle movement in all of my group and individual sessions but if you're looking for something more, check out my online fitness classes.

Retreats
One of my favourite things to do is travel. Attending and co-hosting retreats has allowed me to meet the most incredible humans while exploring the world and learning so much about myself.
