Integrative Somatic Therapy Practice
& SPIRITUS Breathwork
While different, these two approaches are centered around following the body and tailoring each session to the client's specific needs. The benefits of these practices are extensive, leading to reduced stress, increased self-empowerment, improved sleep, enhanced focus, the release of old patterns, heightened energy, improved relationships, and increased productivity. However, the most impactful outcomes involve overwhelming feelings of relief, peace, understanding, forgiveness, acceptance, and love.

WORK WITH ME 1:1
I recommend clients book and attend three sessions over two months, scheduling sessions every two to three weeks as a starting point. After that, we can assess what is working, where you have noticed improvements in your day-to-day life, and determine the next steps. Many clients report feeling a significant difference after attending only three sessions.
During each session, I will teach you how to create a practice you can use at home and between sessions, and I will give you post-care notes to follow up with. A significant part of the work and healing process occurs outside the session.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about my services, how I work with clients, or what to expect during a session.
